By accessing or using License Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not access the service or license any content. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

📜 1. License Grants & Tier Definitions

License Game provides high-performance HTML5 game source code. By purchasing, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the code based on the following specific tier restrictions:

Starter License (Personal Use)

Designed for individuals and hobbyists. Permits usage of the licensed game on a single personal domain or platform. You may modify the visuals and sound, but you cannot use this code for any paying client work or multi-platform distribution.

Pro License (Developer Use)

Designed for professional freelancers and small agencies. Permits usage of the licensed games on up to 7 unique client projects or domains. This tier includes the right to incorporate our games into bespoke solutions for third-party entities, provided the source code remains bundled and isn't resold as a standalone asset.

Studio License (Enterprise/Commercial)

Designed for established gaming portals and large organizations. Permits unlimited usage across all branches, subsidiaries, and projects owned by the purchasing entity. This includes advanced distribution rights and the ability to white-label the content completely.

General Restriction On Source Redistribution:

Regardless of the license tier, the direct sale of our raw .JS or JSON source files on marketplaces (like CodeCanyon, ThemeForest, etc.) or through private file-sharing is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate legal action and DMCA takedowns.

💳 2. Membership & Subscription Management

Our Membership program provides a subscription-based model for continuous access to our catalog:

  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a 30-day recurring basis from the date of initial enrollment.
  • Automatic Renewals: Payments are processed via Stripe using securely stored credentials. It is your responsibility to maintain valid payment information.
  • Grace Period: We provide a 3-day grace period for failed payments before subscription access is temporarily suspended.
  • Fair Use Policy: While membership grants access to many games, we monitor download patterns to prevent "Dump-and-Run" behavior (downloading 100+ games in 24 hours to redistribute).

🎨 3. Modifications & Customizations

You are encouraged to "Reskin" and customize the graphics, audio, and UI of our games to match your brand identity. However, modifications to the core game logic must be performed by competent developers. License Game is not responsible for bugs or crashes introduced through manual edits of our source files.

⛔ 4. User Conduct & Prohibited Actions

Users are prohibited from:

  • Sharing account credentials with third parties to grant unlicensed access.
  • Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures or download restrictions.
  • Using our games to host content that is defamatory, illegal, or promotes hate speech.
  • Creating automated scripts to fetch game metadata without written API approval.

💰 5. Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the digital nature of source code, we maintain a strict **No Refund Policy** under the following conditions:

  • If the source code zip has already been downloaded from your dashboard.
  • If the purchase error was due to customer negligence (e.g., buying the wrong tier).
  • If you have initiated a chargeback without first contacting our support team.

Refunds are only considered if a technical defect is proven in our raw source files that prevents the game from running in a standard modern browser environment.

🔒 6. Account Integrity & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify License Game immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We will not be liable for any loss incurred as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge.

⚖️ 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and the Content are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, or that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations. Use of any downloaded files is at your own risk. This extends to browser compatibility issues on antiquated devices or non-standard legacy environments.

💻 8. Technical Compatibility & Standards

All games provided by License Game are built using modern HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript standards. We strive for maximum cross-browser compatibility across Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. However:

  • We do not guarantee performance on "In-App Browsers" (such as Facebook or Instagram internal browsers) due to their idiosyncratic rendering engines.
  • You are responsible for providing the necessary hosting infrastructure (SSL-secured HTTPS is mandatory) to run the games effectively.
  • Modifying the game's core canvas logic or physics engine is done at your own risk and may invalidate technical support requests.

🛠️ 9. Support Scope & Professional Services

Monthly Membership includes standard technical support for installation and deployment issues. Please note that "Standard Support" does not include custom reskinning, logic modifications, or API integrations. These are considered Professional Services and are billed separately. Our team provides an 800-million player reach through our proven game engine, and our support priority is given to Studio and Enterprise level partners.

📢 10. Marketing & Brand Promotional Rights

By licensing our games, you grant License Game the right to include your platform name or logo in our "Partner Ticker" or "Case Studies" section as a customer of our licensing services. You may opt-out of this by sending a written request to our support team. We reserve the right to mention the 800 million global players stat in our own marketing materials as it pertains to the cumulative reach of our game engine technology.

🏢 11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Our headquarters handles all legal inquiries regarding intellectual property theft or unauthorized redistribution.

🔄 12. Updates to Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced on the home page or via email to registered members. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
