Refund & Cancellation

At License Game, we provide premium digital assets and software licenses. Due to the digital nature of our products (HTML5 game source codes and licenses), we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy to protect both our intellectual property and our customers.
🚫 1. Digital Download Cancellation
We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept cancellations of any orders for digital downloads once you have commenced downloading or accessed the game source files. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the protection of digital content and intellectual property rights. By clicking the "Download" or "Access" button, you acknowledge that you waive your right to a cooling-off period.
🔍 2. Evaluation Before Purchase
To ensure full satisfaction, we provide a live sample, extract, or preview for every game on our website. These previews allow you to evaluate the gameplay, code structure, and features before making a purchase. We encourage all customers to use these resources to gain a clear understanding of the content before committing to a license.
🛠️ 3. Refunds for Technical Issues
In rare circumstances, a refund may be granted if:
- There is a proven technical error on our website that affected the payment or charge.
- The digital files are found to be corrupted or significantly different from the provided preview.
- Multiple charges occurred for the same single license purchase.
Refund requests for technical issues must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the purchase date via our Contact Page.
⏳ 4. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund request is received, our technical team will verify the claim within 7 business days. If the request meets our criteria, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (Stripe). Please note that after approval, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
🛑 5. Termination of License Rights
In the event of a sale being reversed, canceled, or refunded for any reason:
All rights granted under the purchased license will immediately terminate.You are legally required to cease the use of the game codes, remove the game from any active platforms, and destroy all copies of the digital files in your possession. Continued use of the assets after a refund constitutes a violation of copyright law.
💳 6. Subscription Cancellations
Monthly Membership subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will stay active until the end of the current 30-day billing cycle, after which you will not be charged again. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription months.
🛡️ 7. Abuse of Refund Policy
License Game reserves the right to refuse refund requests from customers who exhibit a pattern of abuse of our refund policy. This includes, but is not limited to, frequent refund requests for multiple products or attempting to claim a refund after substantial use of the game assets. Any account found to be abusing the system will be permanently banned from the platform.
🔄 8. Exchange Policy
Since our products are digital downloads, we do not offer exchanges or credit swaps for different games or license tiers once an order is processed. Please double-check your selection and the technical specifications of each game (visible in the preview) before finalizing your purchase.
⚖️ 9. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Initiating an unauthorized chargeback through your bank or credit card provider without contacting our support team first will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account. We will provide all necessary evidence (including download logs and IP timestamps) to the payment processor to dispute fraudulent chargeback attempts. We strongly advise contacting our support team for any billing concerns to reach an amicable resolution.

For all refund-related inquiries, please contact our dedicated billing support team at support@licensegame.com or via our direct dashboard ticketing system. To expedite your request, please include your Order ID, the email address associated with your account, and a detailed description of the technical issue encountered. We aim to respond to all billing inquiries within 24-48 business hours.
